The provision to supply network rail with specific road vehicles which can legally tow our vegetation clearance machines.
The vehicles must meet the following requirements:
— have a minimum towing capacity of 3 500kgs;
— the vehicle must come in both single cab and double cab variants;
— the vehicle must be able to have a degree of after market conversion; and
— a warranty period of up to 3 years is essential, a warranty period of up to 5 years is desirable.

VI.4.2)Lodging of appeals

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Network rail will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers.
That notification will provide full information on the award decision.
The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
