Description
Harborough District Council (‘the Council’) is seeking to procure the services of a suitably qualified consultant or consultants to produce Town centre masterplans. A masterplan will be required for Lutterworth in the first instance; it is anticipated that the Council will require the successful tenderer to produce a further masterplan for Market Harborough under the terms of the contract in due course.
