The selected supplier shall lease the specified fleet to the University. The leasing arrangement shall comprise all the necessary component level operational costs and be consolidated into a quarterly invoicing basis.
The appointment will be by a process of Open EU tender procurement exercise.
To obtain a Fleet of Tractors with proven reliability
To ensure the Fleet complies with the minimum supplied specification to meet all operational requirements
To support the Universitys commitment to becoming a leading green university, as set out in our Environmental Strategy by ensuring the Fleet is as energy efficient as possible
To maximise value for money for the University
To develop a flexible working relationship with the supplier in order to meet future needs over the period of the contract

Estimated value excluding VAT:
Range: between 300 000 and 400 000 GBP
Description of these options: 12 month optional extension after initial 36 month contract term.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
