Coventry City Council (the Employer) is inviting tenders from suppliers to provide Minor Temporary Traffic Management to the Councils in-house Highways team in the delivery of highways services.
Work packages will generally be undertaken by Coventry City Council Highways (DLO) as Main Contractor though the supplier may be asked to carry out other minor works for other Council departments.
The Contract covers works which may be ordered by Coventry Highways, Coventry City Council, and which may be located anywhere within the City of Coventry or on other Council controlled land outside the City boundaries.
The Specification referred to in the Tender shall be the Specification for Highway Works published by The Stationery Office (formerly HMSO) as Volume 1 of the Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Works, as modified and extended by CCC.2.
