This contract is being let by Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council who are responsible for the procurement process.
The estimated value quoted is not guaranteed and covers the full period of the contract including extensions and the potential use of the contract by the named authorities. This is a framework contract and therefore there is no guarantee of spend.

The contract period is 2 years plus an additional 2 x 12 months optional extension. Please be advised that Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council are conducting this procurement via the NEPO Portal (Pro-Contract) www.nepoportal.org You will need to register as a supplier on the site (registration is free) and search for Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council within the Contract Opportunities section. Once your expression of interest has been received, immediate access to the tender documentation is granted, (accessible via My Opportunities page) for the person who expressed the interest. You will need to log back in to access the documentation.
This framework being let by Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council to deliver services across the Borough of Redcar and Cleveland and its boundaries. The framework is open to Darlington Borough Council, Hartlepool Borough Council, Middlesbrough Borough Council and Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council. These authorities may choose to utilise this framework if they have traffic management services requirements in the contract period and will be responsible for fulfilling their own obligations.
Candidates are advised that the Council is subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (‘the Act’). If a candidate considers that any of the information supplied as part of this procurement procedure should not be disclosed because of its commercial sensitivity, confidentiality or otherwise, they must, when providing this information, clearly identify the specific information they do not wish to be disclosed and clearly specify the reasons for its sensitivity. The Council shall take such statements into consideration in the event that it receives a request pursuant to the Act which relates to the information provided by the interested party.
