Our new vision introduces principles which will ensure we:
Provide access to the learning our people need when they need it both through a blended classroom, virtual instructor led and?self-directed?online learning approach.
Focus on the application of learning to work enable our line managers to commit to providing opportunities to their teams to embed their learning in work and role model behaviour change.
Facilitate a blend of performance support, formal learning and professional advice and guidance we are now seeking an external faculty of executive coaches and trainers to help us deliver our ambitious vision.
This framework will be divided into two lots:
