Gateshead College has a need to appoint suitably qualified organisations to a Framework Agreement to deliver training and education in the North East of England, in partnership for the academic years 2017 — 2018. We are seeking organisations able to deliver accredited/regulated (QCF) training which meets the following priorities:
1. Work-based learning for employed people to support progression within work, career development and employer need;
2. Support for new enterprises / business start-up / business growth;
3. Essential business skills for employees and owner/managers within micro, small and medium sized employers (SMEs) such as financial management/tax/accounts, procurement/bids/tenders, marketing/social media, IT and digital, project management, leadership and management, business planning and development;
4. Support for individuals at risk of redundancy / recently redundant to support them in securing new employment or self-employment;
5. Fast and responsive industry training to s.

The authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point that information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved then the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court. Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months).
