Description of the contract

The ECITB’s contractual requirement is for the training provider to deliver training and assessment services leading to the ECITB’s Advanced Apprenticeship Framework qualification for Apprentices in the employment of employers, in-scope to the ECITB (and possibly other contractors). An additional contract requirement is for the training provider to deliver testing services to applicants applying for an Apprenticeship in relation to the 2013, 2014 & 2015 cohorts. It should be noted that the provider providing the apprentice testing service in 2015 shall not necessarily be the provider of the September 2015 cohort.
