Description of the goods or services required

Argyll and Bute Council requires to appoint an external trainer for the delivery of its required Adults with Incapacity Act training.

Overview of requirement: The course is required for providing delegates with an understanding of the Adults with Incapacity Act.

Target delegate: Social workers in adult care, home carers and workers in residential care home
