Description of the contract
North Warwickshire and Hinckley College and South Leicestershire College wish to establish a framework of providers to deliver high quality training and education on its behalf across England. The framework shall be split into 6 lots:
1. 16 – 18 Apprenticeships
2. 16 – 18 Learner Responsive
3. Adult Apprenticeships
4. Adult Workplace Learning
5. Adult Learner Responsive
6. ESF Adult Workplace Learning
Applications may be submitted for any curriculum area compatible with these funding streams. As and when contract opportunities arise a further competition will be carried out within the relevant Lot amongst those succesfully awarded a place on the framework. The anticipated annual value of the framework is £5 million. We have estimated a number of 50 providers to be placed on the framewrok however this is just an estimation and may be more or less. To express interest in this framework please email Procurement@nwhc.ac.uk no later than Thursday 9th May 2013 stating TRAINING PROVIDER FRAMEWORK in the subject. The tender documents will be emailed to all EOI on Friday 10th May 2013.
The deadline for proposals is Tuesday 4th June 2013. The Framework start date is 1st August 2013. The framework shall run for 1 year, with options to extend for a further 1+1 following annual framework performance review.
