We are looking for a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) provider that will explore innovative approaches to enhancing skills and provide a framework for inspiring a sustainable learning culture in care homes. The analysis should examine the issues in context, considering current initiatives across the health and social care economy in each CCG area – and avoid duplication and repetition.The provider needs to build on the work carried out during a pilot phase, taking into account the findings of the original TNA.
