Description of the contract

Part of the Cabinet Office is the Commission on the Consequences of the devolution for the House of Commons, which will be considering evidence from a number of witnesses over five sessions. The Commission is seeking service provider to take a full verbatim transcript of each evidence session and to deliver transcripts to the Commission. The changes being investigated by the Commission are politically sensitive and technically detailed, so the sucessful service provider will have had extensive and demonstrable experience of taking verbatim transcripts of public hearings or inquiries.
