East Riding of Yorkshire Council is inviting tenders for one supplier to supply translation and interpretation services including telephone and written translations and face-to-face interpretation. Services are to be supplied to East Riding of Yorkshire Council. This Contract will run from 1.4.2019 to 31.3.2022, with an optional year for the Council to accept or not in 2022 for the period 1.4.2022 to 31.3.2023.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council is looking for a single supplier that can provide all parts of the service as per the specification outlined and the requirements listed in the pricing schedule in the invitation documents accessed via the procurement internet portal “https://www.yortender.co.uk/”. If no one supplier submits an offer that is suitable for all elements of the service, East Riding of Yorkshire Council reserves the right to award more than one contract, in lots. Should this prove to be the case, the lots will be taken to be the following:
— telephone translation services,
— face-to-face interpretation services,
— written translation services.
