Some of the work is within the railway environment which is safety critical and as such personnel working on this project will have to obtain a Personnel Track Safety certification.
Scope of Works:
The Contractor will be expected to perform the following works at Translink sites, although this is not an exhaustive list:
— Deep Clean canopies;
— Grease Traps;
— Sprinklers;
— Oil Boilers;
— Gas Heating;
— General Plumbing;
— Building Management Systems;
— Air Conditioning and Ventilation;
— Remedial work resulting from inspections;
— Respond and repair to breakdowns;
— Supplement the in-house resources;
Value:
The estimated value of the contract is 350 000 GBP — 500 000 GBP per annum. However these figures are purely an estimate and do not guarantee value of works.
