The scope of the framework is to provide construction works to support the delivery of the property departments programme of capital and maintenance works for Translink for works below 1 500 000 GBP. Overview of the type of new build or refurbishment projects to be undertaken using the framework supplier such as: railway stations, bus stations, offices, shops, retail units, infrastructure storage facilities, bus yards, hard standings, warehouses, engineering workshops and garages, fuel and wash facilities, integrated bus and rail facilities, park and ride facilities, multi story car parks, pedestrian bridges, associated infrastructure and services such as roads, water, drainage, Railway station platforms Inc. canopies, Pedestrian walkways, Cycleways, access paths, etc. A project may require all or some of the above, depending on its complexity. Your proposal must be submitted within the eTendersNI portal, via this CfT. No other method of submission will be accepted.
