Warrington Borough Council in conjunction with Cheshire West and Chester Council, Cheshire East Council and Halton Borough Council. Seek expressions of interest from organisations interested in providing professional consultancy services through a framework contract arrangement. The services to be provided cover the Council’s responsibilities in connection with Transportation and the Public Realm. The framework may also be used by English Councils with a border with any of the councils named above with the consent of Warrington Borough Council.
The Councils intend to appoint a panel of consultants to provide multi-disciplinary professional and technical advice, design, guidance, negotiation and assistance on construction and other issues, including, but not limited to:
