British Council China is looking for a travel services agent for the provision of travel related services. It is intended that one Tenderer will be appointed for travel services as required for British Council China staff in each of its four office locations: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chongqing, as well as each of its test centre locations. Travel is predominantly within China by national flights, rail and sometimes cars or vans. International journeys are also made. Flights are generally short-haul. To ensure the highest standards and best value for money, British Council China is looking for suppliers with demonstrable expertise in delivering these services. The initial contract period will be three years and British Council China will have the option to extend the contract for a further one year.
