Description
Cambridgeshire’s Learning Disability Partnership are shortly going out to tender for two existing supported living services in the North of the County.
One service is a bungalow with 3 people with a learning disability, high support needs and additional health needs. The second service is a property for 5 adults with a learning disability some of whom are over 65 years old who previously resided in hospital accommodation and have health issues.
Both services are supported living schemes with each service user holding a tenancy agreement and the current provider is an NHS Trust. The approximate value of the contract is £500,000.00 per annum.
The Access to Resources Team is holding a Provider event on Wednesday 13 November 2013 at Shire Hall, Cambridge, 1 – 3pm, to give an overview of the Service and the tendering process.
