Fusion21 intends to award a Framework Agreement available for use by all UK (including both Mainland UK and Northern Ireland) contracting authorities including but not limited to the following: (i) Registered Providers of social housing, Local Authorities, LSVTs, ALMOs, Education Establishments, Government Departments and their Agencies, Non-Departmental Public Bodies, NHS Bodies who have a need to purchase ground maintenance services.
The following UK contracting authorities have already committed on a non-contractually binding basis to this procurement.
The Riverside Group, Helena Partnerships, Your Housing Group, South Liverpool Homes, The Regenda Group, The Plus Dane Group, First Ark, Golden Gates Housing Trust.

The framework will be for facilities management services including:
i) Fire risk assessments, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, fire fighting equipment
ii) Access control, door entry systems, warden call systems, CCTV systems, auto security gates, doors, barriers, communal TV aerials.
iii) External lighting systems including security lighting, external car park / street lighting, external address box signs.
iv) Periodic fixed wire testing and inspection, portable appliance testing, lamp and tube replacement service, replacement internal lighting systems storage heaters, lightening conductor testing and inspection.
v) Legionella testing services, inspection and water hygeine, thermostatic mixing valves and cold water boosting systems.
vi) Cleaning services and window cleaniing services

viii) Asbestos removal services
ix) Commercial catering and laundry service
x) AC comfort cooling systems, automatic control systems, general ventilation systems, roof extract systems.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Fusion21 will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision.
