II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:
The main requirement will be for work wear such as polo shirts, fleeces, jackets, trousers and skirts, and corporate wear such as blouses, shirts, trousers jackets and skirts for front of house staff. Uniforms for catering operations staff, security staff, work wear for postal, gardening and cleaning staff, nursing and physiotherapy and various other functions will also be required. Safety footwear and high visibility jackets are also included. There may also be a requirement for merchandising such as sweatshirts and T-shirts. Please note that the majority of purchases will be for small numbers of garments.
If a suitable consortium agreement becomes available during the term of this agreement the University reserves the right to terminate the contract after 2 years and move to the consortium agreement.
