We are looking to create our new website in line with our current branding, providing a seamless online/offline experience. The existing site does not align with the brand in its use of font, colour and style. The brand is moving forward in ways that visually represent the future that we are aiming toward — inventive use of grids, imagery, text. As the university progresses toward its Vision 2028, we need a site that will push at the boundaries of what a university website is and can be. Taking cues not from other HE sites, but from those that influence and engage our target audiences.

We are looking to procure access to a content management system and consultancy and support services. In terms of contract lengths, the platform is likely to be for a minimum of 5 years. Support and consultancy is likely to be between 3-5 years.

First or second tier company accreditation for the chosen CMS application.

A Microsoft Gold partner status (or higher) and experience of Microsoft Dynamics integration services as part of a website build

ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 27001 (Data Protection) and ISO 27017 (Cloud Security) accreditation.

Experience of delivering a similar set of services to at least 1 University and 1 private sector client in the last 2 years.

At least 2 certified front-end and 2 back-end developers for the CMS application.

Experience of Google Analytics and Tag Manager as part of a website build;

Experience of implementing enterprise SaaS or PaaS cloud hosting solutions as part of a website build;

Experience of delivering similar projects using an Agile methodology;

Experience of delivering advanced website personalisation techniques, for example, machine learning for at least 2 clients;

Experience of delivering websites to WCAG AA accessibility standards;

At least 1 award won for creative (UX, Design) website services in the last 2 years;

Service Desk with 24/7 support offering across all recommendation applications;

Experience in working on PCI — DSS compliant payment sites/services;

Experience of delivering digital transformation strategies and digital service design for at least 1 client;

Experience of large scale (1 000+) web page manual and automated content migration.
