University of Essex are seeking to procure telephony services via the Janet Telephony Purchasing Service.

II.5)Quantity or scope of the specific contract:

The University of Essex requires SIP Trunk services for all inbound and outbound calls, initially from the Colchester campus and eventually also from Southend and Loughton campuses. Outbound traffic at Colchester is required from mid-July 2015.
The contract will run for 2 years and has an estimated value of 50 000 GBP.

University of Essex will be running a mini competition for the services detailed above via the JTPS and any suppliers wishing to join the JTPS has until the date given in IV.2.3) to submit a response to the indicative tender which can be found on the Janet DPS portal at: https://intendhost.co.uk/janetThe tender documents supplied by the university will be made available to suppliers accepted on to the Janet Telephony Purchasing Service.

Estimated value excluding VAT: 50 000 GBP
