Description

The University of Wolverhampton are looking for photographers that can?demonstrate experience?in a?wide?range of?Photographic Services.? The aim is to cover Photographic Services as required in the main by the University External Engagement Department.

The objective is to have a Framework Agreement in place for a minimum of three years that provides a selection of suitably qualified Suppliers (3 top/equal scoring tenderers or those scoring over 70%) who offer quality services, drive innovation and deliver savings.

A framework of photographers is required to enable flexibility of service delivery, therefore call off will be conducted by way of the University enquirer contacting a photographer about availability, capacity, cost and the appropriateness of matching them with specific projects.

The term of the Framework shall be for a period of three (3) years commencing 4th January 2022 with an optional extension of up to an additional twelve (12) months.

The Qualification section will be assessed on a pass/fail basis in accordance with the standard qualification questions implemented by the Crown Commercial Services (CCS)/Cabinet Office.
The requirements here include:
• The successful Contractors must have a minimum of £1m Public Liability Insurance
• The successful Contractors must have a minimum of £5m Employers Indemnity Insurance
• The Tenderer must have a minimum annual turnover of £25k
