Description of the contract
The purpose of this brief is to procure (a) lab facilities within which to conduct usability testing (b) a sample of participants to take part in usability testing sessions. This testing will enable GDS to identify and address user experience issues and to drive design and development of the IER service. For this project GDS plan to run 15 usability testing days. Each testing day will require 8 participants for 40-minute sessions. Please see attached document for full description.
