Description of the contract

DVLA carries out Usability Testing with it’s customers. Testing identifies areas where customers struggle with a product and help make recommendations for improvement. The goal is to better understand customer interaction with our products and services and to improve the journey based on the results. DVLA requires a supplier to provide members of the public to conduct both Usability tests and Online Panels/Live Forums.
