The Housing Executive invites tenders from suitably qualified surveyors with appropriate general practice surveying experience and listed on the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ Valuers Registration List for the provision of a high quality valuation of the Housing Executive’s Housing Stock for the Year end Financial Accounts over a 5 year cycle (Contract period September 2013 – 31.8.2018).

Lot No: 2 Lot title: Lot Two – Valuation of Housing Executive Land Holdings
1)Short description
The Housing Executive invites tenders from suitably qualified surveyors with appropriate general practice surveying experience and listed on the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ Valuers Registration List for the provision of a high quality valuation of the Housing Executive’s Land Holdings for the Year end Financial Accounts. The contract will be for a 3 year period (September 2013 – 31.8.2016) with options to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods (extensions subject to available funding, performance of the successful service provider in accordance with the terms of the contract for the provision of services, and at Northern Ireland Housing Executive’s discretion).
