Description
Breckland District Council requires Valuations for Financial Reporting Purposes and for Asset Management Purposes. The Council shall split this contract into 2 Lots:
– Lot 1 – Valuations for Financial Reporting Purposes
– Lot 2 – Valuations for Asset Management Purposes
For Lot 1, the Council is seeking valuation services for financial reporting purposes on those assets which qualify as non-current assets. The Council is looking to appoint a single supplier for this Lot.
For Lot 2, the Council is seeking valuation services for asset management purposes on a variety of property assets including land and buildings. The Council is looking to appoint up to three suppliers on this Lot.
