De Montfort University (DMU), requires a software tool to digitally transfer the University’s VAT return output to HMRC online portal and is inviting a proposal in response to this Request for Proposal (this “RfP,” or “Request for Proposal”) in order to be provided with a solution to digitally transfer the VAT return to HMRC in line with the Governments mandatory requirement.

The objective of this Request for Proposal is to identify a Proposal that will provide the best overall value to DMU for the above mentioned Services, taking into account both price and non-price factors including service delivery.

For the purposes of this RfP, DMU requests bids from organisations which are Approved Software Providers for Making Tax Digital.
