De Montfort University intends to award a contract for up to 4 suppliers who can provide video production services on the De Montfort University’s campus and other locations as specified on a production-by-production basis. The selected suppliers will work mainly with the University’s Marketing and Communications directorate but may also be contracted by other faculties and directorates.

Category 1 Promotional video communications for external audiences

Category 2 Video communications for internal audiences

Category 3 A number of basic services would be required in this category to support the University Marketing and Communications team and internal service teams

The contract will commence on 1.3.2020 for a period of 4 years to terminate 28.2.2024.
