Description of the contract
The council proposes to implement a speech recognition telephony system for calls coming into the council’s Customer Service Centre. The solution must provide an automated answering service that answers and handles initial telephone calls coming in to the main Council phone number and routes the call to the appropriate department or person using speech/voice recognition technology.
