This will require a highly skilled organisation capable of providing a responsive and reactive service delivery to the Technical Services Division Void Property service levels.

II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:

Bolton at Home Limited is a Registered Provider of Social Housing within the Bolton Borough serving approximately 18 000 properties.
The required works/service are/is to include, but not limited to:
Void cleaning works
a) Initial property cleans.
b) Final property cleans — including bin emptying.
c) Furnished property cleans — inc. domestic appliance and carpet cleaning
d) Garden cleans to property
e) Tree and hedge cutting/pruning
f) Removal and disposal of domestic appliances small or large
h) Graffiti removal
i) Window cleaning
j) Roof space clear outs
k) Sharps — needle sweeps and removals.
l) Exceptional Debris clean — up to 2 hours additional works.
m) Removal and disposal of tyres
Void security works
a) Provision fitting and removal of metal security window and door shutters.
b) Provision of net curtains and rails.
c) Provision of monitored alarm system to void properties.

Range: between 550 000 and 650 000 GBP

Description of these options: The Contract will be for a period of 24 months (from award of contract) with an unilateral option to further extend 1 year and a further 1 year (four years in total) subject to performance and service requirements.

The Registered Provider (Bolton at Home Limited) reserves the right to require deposits, guarantees, bonds or other forms of appropriate security.

Invoices shall be submitted on a monthly basis for work completed and Property records updated.
Payments shall only be executed on receipt of a valid order number and invoice and shall be subject to Bolton at Home Limited terms and conditions.

Any consortium that intends to bid must have formed a legal entity before any contract can be awarded. All parties forming that legal entity shall be held jointly and severally liable for any breaches, damages or losses sustained by Bolton at Home.
