EMHG have a number of sites throughout the East Midlands of England with Warden Call (Telecare) Equipment. The requirement is for servicing, repairing and potentially replacing elements of the equipment.

EMHG companies operate approx. 100 schemes (circa 2 000 residential units) with Warden Call Eqpt linked to monitored call centres.
The requirement is to service, repair (24/7 responsive call or planned), and refurbish / upgrade/ replace the on site equipment.
Equipment will generally include a Control Panel with a variety of peripherals including pull cords, smoke detectors etc.
There are also some Door Entry Systems that alert call centres.
Potential providers must have experience and proven pedigree of providing the service to this type of equipment specifically and have the resources to provide the coverage in the East Midlands region.
EMHG will consider in its evaluation how the service might improve the economic, social and well being of its communities (Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012).
