Research and development services and related consultancy services. Research and experimental development services. Research services. Research and development consultancy services. Research consultancy services. The core aim of WRAP’s Driving innovation in anaerobic digestion (AD) programme is to take technologies, concepts and/or modifications which have the potential to advance the operation and outputs of AD at all scales to actual market penetration. The programme will move from new/emerging technologies to proof of market, and finally market penetration with WRAP acting as the facilitator.
Applicants are invited to tender for projects under the DIAD Programme to develop technology enabled solutions which address one or more of the following work streams. The work streams have been broken down into the following four Lots as detailed below. Tenderers may apply for one or more of the lots:
Lot 1: scaling technology;
Lot 2: enhancing digestate economically;
Lot 3: using heat from AD; and
Lot 4: proof of market, AD technologies.
The ultimate aim of the work will be to improve the commercial viability and reliability of AD technologies and processes to increase the level of investor confidence.
