Tenders for additional Lots available only to bidders for these core services: Additional Lots include Grounds Maintenance and Arboricultural Services, and Vehicle Fleet provision and Maintenance. These additional Lots shall not be let except in combination with Lot 1.

Tenderer must maintain the tender for 6 calendar months following submission. Payments shall be Monthly in arrears of a VAT invoice being submitted for the previous month’s work.

No special legal form is required but the successful contractor will be required to become jointly and severally responsible for the contract before acceptance.

Organisations interested in participating in this procurement are required to complete and submit a PQQ by the date set out in this Notice. A copy of the PQQ and associated documents are available by registering an expression of interest (via email) to: jgilbert@eppingforestdc.gov.uk . Epping Forest District Council will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by organisations in participating in the tender process and responding to the PQQ. The Contract will be for a period of between 7-10 years, to be established during dialogue, with the option to extend by a period(s) up to that of the initial term.
