Description of the contract

To undertake a municipal waste composition analysis on behalf of the City of Stoke-on-Trent Council (Staffordshire County Council represented in the JWMB have expressed that they may wish to have an analysis of the kerbside domestic waste). Provide baseline information on the composition of all waste streams collected by the local authority or taken by residents to either of the two Civic Amenity (CA) sites within the conurbation of Stoke on Trent.
