You are invited to submit a PQQ response for the above contract. Manchester Metropolitan University, (the University), invite expressions of interest from organisations who can demonstrate a proven track record of providing high quality and adequately resourced services and staff for the provision of Water Hygiene Monitoring to ensure compliance with current HSE requirements. The services will involve monitoring of domestic water services to achieve effective control of legionella bacteria and when deemed necessary system disinfection. The University has an estate of approximately 275,000m2 comprising of about 60 buildings in the Manchester and Cheshire area. The provision of a 24 hour callout system must be maintained for the duration of the contract. The contract requires attendance within four hours of the University declaring an incident. Tenders shall be compliant with the Code of Conduct for Service Providers, (Legionella Control Association).
Your PQQ response must be submitted no later than 12.00 noon on Monday 28th October 2013.
