The service provider shall carry out Legionella Risk Assessments and Written Schemes for controlling risk, as per HSE ACOP L8, in conjunction with the BS 8580 (2010) — Risk Assessments for Legionella Control, or any superseding codes of practice.
This will include but is not exhaustive to:
Compliance Checks — Monthly, Six Monthly, and Annual Checks to properties detailed.
Risk Assessments when required.
Reactive treatment when required, which may include issue identification, tank cleaning, chlorination and flushing systems, testing etc.
