Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: Expressions of interest will be evaluated against the minimum standards set out in III.2.2) and 2.3) above and as detailed in the Pre Qualification Questionnaire which is to be completed and submitted with supporting documentation. Those candidates who achieve the minimum standards will be evaluated on their responses to the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire with the highest scoring candidates, up to the maximum stated above, will be invited to submit tenders.
