In addition two CDs or Memory Sticks containing copies of the Tender and supporting information should be delivered separately to the address provided within the PQQ documentation at the same time/date noted above (12:00 noon on 30.9.2014).
The University reserves the right to reduce the scope of the contract, cancel or amend the tendering process at any stage, not to award the contract in whole or in part and does not bind itself to accept any tender.
