It is intended that the framework agreement will commence in April, 2019. The maximum duration of the framework agreement is 4 years.
The framework will be divided into the following lots:
Lot 1: Redecorations and associated repairs- 400 000 GBP per annum (estimated).
Lot 2: Roofing Works- 540 000 GBP per annum (estimated).
Lot 3: Drainage Works- 350 000 GBP per annum (estimated).
Lot 4: General Building Works- 590 000 GBP per annum (estimated).
Total estimated value = 1 880 000 GBP.

Should Waverley Borough Council acquire additional stock during the term of the Framework Agreement, they reserve the right to include the additional stock across the various lots.
Each and every lot is stand alone, therefore tenderers are permitted to apply for 1 or more lots. WBC do reserve the right to award a place within two Lots to one Contractor, however, a single Contractor is not able to be placed on more than 2 Lots.
It is envisaged that Waverley Borough Council will appoint three contractors per lot for the following:
Lot 1 — Redecorations and associated repairs.
Lot 2 — Pitched/Flat Roofing.
Lot 4 — General Building Works.
It is envisaged that Waverley Borough Council will appoint two contractors for the following lot:
Lot 3 — Drainage Works.
The Council will therefore enter into contract with a maximum of 11 contractors as a result of this procurement, subject to award.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any time and not to proceed with the award of any contract at any stage of the procurement process, or to award only a part or parts of any contract.
The Contracting Authority shall not be liable for any costs or expense incurred by any Candidate or Tenderer in connection with the completion and return information requested in this Contract Notice or in the completion or submission of any tender.
