Waverley Borough Council (WBC) invites Expressions of Interest in relation to two separate contracts within Planned Maintenance Works, namely Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement Works and Window and Door Replacement Works.
It is intended that the contracts will commence in April, 2019, and subject to reviews, run for a period of five years with the option for renewal, as decided by WBC, for an extension of up to a further five years. The maximum duration of the contracts is therefore 10 years.
The annual estimated values of the contracts are as follows:
Lot 1: Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement Works = 960 000 GBP.
Lot 2: Window and Door Replacement Works = 300 000 GBP.
This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal.

Waverley Borough Council (WBC) invites Expressions of Interest in relation to two separate contracts within Planned Maintenance Works, namely Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement Works and Window and Door Replacement Works. Waverley Borough Council (WBC) owns and manages approximately 5 000 properties within Waverley, Surrey.
It is intended that the contracts will commence in April, 2019, and subject to reviews, run for a period of five years with the option for renewal, as decided by WBC, for an extension of up to a further five years. The maximum duration of the contracts is therefore 10 years.
The annual estimated values of the contracts are as follows:
Contract 1: Kitchen and Bathroom Replacement Works = 960 000 GBP.

Should Waverley Borough Council acquire additional stock during the term of the contract, they reserve the right to include the additional stock across each of the lots.
Each lot is a stand alone lot, therefore Tenderers are permitted to apply for both lots, although a tenderer may only be awarded 1 lot.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any time and not to proceed with the award of any contract at any stage of the procurement process, or to award a part or parts of each contract.
The Contracting Authority shall not be liable for any costs or expense incurred by any Candidate or Tenderer in connection with the completion and return information requested in this Contract Notice or in the completion or submission of any tender.
