Wayfinding is a key priority in determining a passenger’s overall satisfaction rating of their experience at Heathrow and is of significant commercial importance to our business. Improving the passenger experience is fundamental to Heathrow’s success because it focuses the business on retaining the loyalty of existing passengers, attracting new passengers and winning the support of key external regulatory & legislative stakeholders.
The scope of this requirement covers the following areas:
