The web deliverables are a key part of the overall success of the Bannockburn project. The project has received a significant amount of media interest to date and as a result this tender is a high priority for both the NTS and HS. HS are placing this advert for the NTS.

This contract is being published through the Public Contracts Scotland portal by Historic Scotland using their access. The National Trust for Scotland is the Client/Employer in all other respects. The contract will be considered as a contract made in Scotland and according to Scottish Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
The National Trust for Scotland will not be liable for any costs incurred by those tendering for this contract. The acceptance of Variants noted at II.1.9 is related to the specific technical proposals that may be offered and will only be accepted where these provide value and where the Statement of requirements are met.
