Latest Welsh Government policy on support for businesses is set out in a Micro-Business Task and Finish Group Report whose recommendations were accepted by the Economy, Science and Transport (ES&T) Minister. The Report states, “easily accessible, uncomplicated and rewarding business support mechanisms are key for micro businesses and can include direct and indirect support and an information gateway to external resources“. Provision of online business information and support is a key mechanism.
The Welsh Government’s main business support website is business.wales.gov.uk. This contract also covers the associated sites listed below and new business support online modules / applications and websites that may be required by the Welsh Government during the time of the Contract:

A supplier briefing to further outline the requirement will be held on Monday May 20th at the Welsh Government Offices, Sarn Mynach, Llandudno Junction, LL31 9RZ.
