Futures Housing Group Ltd invites expressions of interest from suitable economic operators to provide a Choice Based Lettings Interactive Website & Associated Software, Specification & Service on behalf of the Derbyshire Home Options Partnership, a consortium of local authorities and registered housing providers made up of the following list:
Amber Valley Borough Council – Dales Housing;
Derbyshire Dales District Council – Erewash Borough Council;
Futures Homescape Limited – High Peak Borough Council – East Midlands Housing Group.
The Partnership has operated a sub-regional choice-based lettings (CBL) and enhanced housing options scheme since 2007. The Partnership provides a service that includes, but is not limited to: choice-based lettings – mutual exchange (local and national) – low-cost home ownership – private rented accommodation – supported accommodation – homelessness and housing advice – support, employment and training.
The Partnership is seeking a single Economic Operator to provide a fully hosted, online housing solution to enable it to provide the following but not exhaustive list of services: online housing application – housing register – automated register reviews prospects calculator – choice-based lettings – targeted web-based housing advice alternative housing options i.e. private rented, shared ownership, low-cost homeownership – homelessness and housing advice case management workflow.
Two distinct websites are required, public and back office. Owing to the complex nature of this Procurement a Competitive Dialogue as described in the Public Contracts (Regulations) 2006 with a Pre-Qualification Requirement is being undertaken. Applicants must register at to register an interest and access the documentation. Applicants must demonstrate experience in delivering this type of website. The Contract is for three years with a unilateral option to extend for a further period of 3 years.
