Description of the contract

Creation of a new website, content management system and supporting media for the AMP Technology Centre which will have a predominantly sales and service focused approach without sacrificing a strong sense of sector focus required to appeal to the target demographic. The website will particularly promote those services which have high growth potential such as the conference facilities, virtual offices and cafe while also promoting the AMP Technology Centre as being the hub of the wider park. The website will predominantly be a marketing, information and service delivery resource which will help us achieve our key focus of maintaining high occupancy and promote services to external parties.

A one stage procurement process will be used. Expressions of interest and completed tenders to be received by 1pm on 3rd December 2014. All discussions, meetings and communications will be conducted in English. The contract will be subject to English law. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in GBP and all payments under the contract will be made in GBP. This procurement and award is subject to the transparency arrangements being adopted by the UK Government. These arrangements include the publication of tender documentation issued by the HCA and the contract between the HCA and supplier. Bidders should highlight any areas they consider commercially sensitive in order for the HCA to be able to honour our transparency obligations without undermining the bidders commercial interests. Candidates are advised that the HCA is subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“The Act”).
