Description of the goods or services required

The aim of this project is to procure expert services, capability and support in the fields of website user research, testing and information architecture (IA).

The successful contractor is required to demonstrate a specialism in website user testing and has staff specialising in user centred design, Information Architecture development and usability testing.

They will also have usability testing facilities, including mobile facilities to conduct testing at different locations.

All requirements as detailed in the Invitation to Tender (ITT)
