The led walk weekends should be spaced throughout the year and span both days of each weekend to provide opportunities for as many people to participate as possible. Each led walk should illustrate the amenity (character and distinctiveness) of the individual route to participants. ‘Themed’ walks focusing on historical / architectural / open & green space / industrial etc. are welcomed to add variety.
The supplier is required to develop a programme for each weekend of the walks to be offered. This programme will include start and finish locations, timings, route information and other relevant detail. TfL will support the development of any maps needed.
To register your interest in the scheme and obtain the pre qualifying questionnaire please contact adnanhussain@tfl.gov.uk and log on to TfL’s eProcurement portal – ww.tfl.gov.uk/eprocurement. The pre qualifying questionnaire will be available from the 4.3.2015 and will need to be returned to TfL by 12:00 noon on 7.4.2015 via TfL’s eProcurement portal.

TfL reserves the right to withdraw from the procurement process and may award a contract(s) in whole, in part, or not at all as a result of the competition called for by this notice and TfL shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by any candidates in considering and/or responding to the procurement process. All discussions and meetings will be conducted in English. Tenders and supporting documents must be priced in sterling and all payments made under the contract will be in sterling.
