a) Collect data from a number of awarding bodies e.g. WJEC, EDEXCEL, AQA, OCR, in a pre-defined format;
b) Collect information from each school on the awarding bodies used and types of examination taken and data on pupils taking examinations at other centres;
(c) Match data at pupil level across different awarding organisations, and different establishments and across time;
(d) Provide a bilingual help desk function for two separate data checking periods to field enquiries from schools and local authorities when the Welsh Government sends data out to be checked;
(e) Provide a secure on line data transfer system so that during the checking or data collection periods, schools can upload documents or evidence where they do not agree with the official figures;
(f) Supply data files to the Welsh Government in a pre-determined format and according to an agreed timetable.

Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
(b) is the subject of proceedings for a declaration of bankruptcy, for an order for compulsory winding-up or administration by the courts or for an arrangement with creditors or is the subject of any other similar proceeding under national laws or regulations;
(c) has been convicted of an offence concerning his professional conduct by a judgement which has the force of res judicata;
(d) has been guilty of grave professional misconduct proven by any means which the contracting authorities can justify;
