Description of the goods or services required

West Lothian Council is seeking a Contractor to deliver planned provision of an election management system at West Lothian Civic Centre. The contract will encompass installation, configuration, commissioning, licensing, training and five (5) year support.

The support phase will commence after the commissioning of the system and terminate 5-years from the date of contract award (subject to extension options).

The proposed version of the system must be a proven working package, fully developed, tested and implemented in other public sector organisations.
